Privatisation Poll Passes 200 Mark
A poll being conducted by Carmarthen East and Dinefwr Assembly Member Rhodri Glyn Thomas and Adam Price MP to provide evidence of constituent's views on Council plans to privatise Home Care services has passed the 200 mark. The poll that has been run in conjunction with a number of post offices across the county has been gathering pace.
Mr Thomas said:
"The poll is very interesting with signatures from all areas of the county. We have had returns from areas such as Cwmman, Dryslwyn, Llanarthne and Llandysul. People are very keen to give their views on these controversial proposals"
Mr Price added:
"The people of this county want to have their say on this matter and that's why the poll has received such a good response. Anyone wishing to give their views are more than welcome to contact our office."
