Plaid AM and MP express disappointment at Design to Deliver document
Carmarthen East and Dinefwr's elected members have stressed their concern about the published document outlining the findings of the Acute Services Review. Rhodri Glyn Thomas AM and Adam Price MP have both spoken of their fears following the documents release.
Mr. Thomas said:
"The document has failed to look at the key issues. It has left the hospitals concerned in limbo. It is clear that the Review Board have not clearly identified how they intend to develop community health services in Carmarthenshire."
Mr Price added:
"It is important that access to health services in Carmarthenshire and West Wales is made easier. There needs to be greater clarity as to how the proposals in the review will aid the delivery of primary care and community care services."
