Plaid AM meets with local charity workers
Carmarthen East and Dinefwr's National Assembly for Wales Member has visited Ty Hafan children's charity offices to see the work that they have been doing in the county. Rhodri Glyn Thomas wanted to highlight the excellent work the charity has done in the past whilst meeting with workers to discuss their future plans and issues.
Mr Thomas said:
"This is an excellent charity that has provided a fantastic service to the people of Carmarthenshire and Wales as a whole. The charity aims to provide improved quality of life of children with life threatening disorders and their families in Wales by providing a high standard of respite and palliative care."
Mr Thomas added:
"I was delighted to be given the opportunity to meet with members of the Ty Hafan charity. The work they have done and continue to do is essential for the people of the county."
